Free Character Sprite PSDs

Character sprite PSDs with expression variations for videos and streams. Every character has 6 poses × 11 expressions, plus eyes and mouths for blinking and lip sync.

  • Each zip contains the PSD, PNGs for YMM4's "moving sprite" feature, and ready-to-use expression PNGs
  • Layer names that YMM4, AviUtl (PSDToolKit) and PSDTool understand, so expressions switch right away
  • All character sprites were made with AI (image generation)

Supported software

  • YukkuriMovieMaker4 (YMM4)

Use the PSD as it is with the "PSD file" sprite type, or choose the included PNG folder with "moving sprite". Lip sync and blinking work too.

  • AviUtl + PSDToolKit

Load the PSD into Advanced Editing (拡張編集) and animate eyes and mouth with "目パチ@PSD" (blink) and "口パク@PSD" (lip sync).

  • PSDTool (browser)

Pick an expression and export it as a PNG, no installation needed.

  • Image editors

Any app that opens PSD files lets you toggle layers to build the expression you want.

Terms of use at a glance

  • All character sprites are free. You can use them in videos, streams, games, blogs and more.
  • Characters of the Tohoku Zunko & Zundamon Project (Zundamon, Tohoku Kiritan, Tohoku Itako, Chugoku Usagi) must be used in line with the official guidelines (they are non-commercial, free fan works).
  • Original characters (Nanami Lala, Shimotsuki Sena, Katagiri Misaki, Kozuki Mirei) can also be used for purposes that make money, such as corporate promotion or products.
  • Do not redistribute the PSD or PNG files as assets (using them inside videos, games and so on is fine).
  • Credit is optional.

Each character's page has its own terms, and the guide explains how to write a credit.
