Music and sound effects for corporate video — chosen by what you are making
Company profile, product walkthrough, recruiting, training — "corporate video" covers formats with different audiences, different lengths, and different places they end up. What the sound has to do changes with them.
For this article we counted nine roundups from video production studios and industry sites to decide which formats to cover, then placed arcalune's music and sound effects against each one. Everything here is free for commercial use, needs no credit, and can be downloaded. As of September 2026 the catalogue holds 150 business-tagged sound effects — chart reveals, number counters, slide transitions and the rest.
How this list was chosen
- Only arcalune's own music and sound effects appear here. We do not redistribute anyone else's audio.
- The formats covered were settled by counting nine roundups from production studios and industry sites, keeping only what at least two of them named.
- The "N of nine" on each item is that count, and the ranking follows it.
- Everything is free for commercial use, needs no credit, and can be downloaded.
"Corporate video" is not one thing
We gathered nine roundups from video production studios and industry sites and counted the formats each one names. All nine name the company profile and brand film. Product and service videos and recruiting appear in eight; training and manuals in six; events and trade shows and customer testimonials in five; explainers and how-tos in four; investor and internal communications, social and vertical shorts, and infographics in three; behind-the-scenes and production-line films in two. The eleven formats below are the ones at least two roundups named. CSR films and anniversary films appeared in one each, so they are not here.
Different formats also run to different lengths. One of the roundups we counted puts an explainer at 60 to 90 seconds and a product video under two minutes. arcalune's music runs from 22 seconds to 250, so a short format can be covered by a single track, while something as long as a training video has to be looped in your editor. The sound effects are mostly around two seconds, meant to land one per movement on screen.
The viewer's side is changing the sound too
YouTube has a feature called Stable Volume, on by default. It holds the balance between quiet and loud passages by adjusting the level continuously, and it is switched off for YouTube Music and official music videos. Export your music loud and the viewer's screen will even it back out.
There is also Voice Boost, available on computers and TVs, which suppresses surrounding sound to bring human speech forward; turning it on switches Stable Volume off automatically. Both are the viewer's settings, not yours — so on a corporate film carried by narration it is safer to bring the music down while editing than to count on either of them.

Check the terms before it leaves the building
A corporate film goes out to several places at once: your own site, YouTube, a screen at a trade show, a tablet in a sales meeting. If the audio requires credit, you have to find somewhere in the company's own film to put it. That is not something to discover after publishing.
Everything listed on arcalune can be used commercially and needs no credit. Tracks marked as downloadable can be saved for free. What is not allowed is reselling or redistributing the audio on its own, and using it to train AI. There is no limit on how many times or for how long you play it, or on where you publish it.
Showing the company outward
Films for people meeting the company for the first time. Keep the sound unexaggerated and out of the way of what is being said.

会社紹介・ブランディング
Named by all nine roundups we counted. The first thirty seconds decide what kind of company the viewer thinks they are watching, so the music sets the air before the footage does. "準備は整った" and "雲が一つとぎれる" are acoustic-leaning tracks tagged for corporate use; "回帰の灯 -Re:Ignition-" runs 250 seconds of orchestral scoring for the longer, chaptered kind of company film. Use "スライド転換 03" between chapters and "パッ(出現) 1" on the logo.
Use it forOpening, Values & history, Logo reveal

商品・サービス紹介
Eight of nine. These films tend to walk through features in order, which leaves a lot of screen movement to land sounds on. "光にかざす" and "金属にのる白い光" are tagged for gadget footage; "開封のよろこび" fits unboxing and power-on shots. Put "トグル 01" under the interaction, "完了・集計 01" where a process finishes, and "ひらめき 02" on a new feature.

導入事例・お客様の声
Five of nine. The person speaking is the subject, so the music should not draw an outline of its own. "窓ひとつ椅子ふたつ" and "真昼のあかるさ" carry the commentary tag; "長い午後" is piano. Bring in "グラフ出現 04" where before-and-after numbers appear, and "完了・集計 03" on the result.

Filming people and the workplace
Films where the people working and the place itself are the content. Combine music that holds up under a voice with the everyday sounds of an office or a production line.

採用
Eight of nine. Employees talking and the office itself carry these films, so the music has to hold up underneath a voice. "やわらかくなった光" carries the corporate tag; "空をふくんだ布" and "灼けた窓に手を" lean toward everyday scenes. Adding "ペン・鉛筆 06" and "引き出し・キャビネット 01" at the desk puts life back into footage recorded without usable room tone.

舞台裏・製造工程
Two of nine, the smallest count here — but this is the one format where the sound of the workplace is itself the material. "光の中の木屑", "隅のテーブル" and "棚がひとつずつ明るく" sit under hands at work. "プリンター 04", "コピー機・シュレッダー 07", "はさみ・テープ 03" and "ホチキス・パンチ 01" are office sounds you can add afterwards to footage shot without usable ambience.

IR・社内広報
Three of nine. Reports aimed at shareholders or staff, built out of figures and decisions. "三時の机" runs 97 seconds and "次に光るもの" 99 — both short — while "藍の時間の一ページ" has 190 seconds, enough for a full-year review. Put "グラフ出現 06" and "数字カウント 05" under the results, and "ハンコ 1" where something is approved.

Films where elements arrive on screen in order. Give each chart and figure its own short sound, and keep the music behind them.

解説・ハウツー
Four of nine. One of the roundups we counted puts an explainer at 60 to 90 seconds. "しくみのはなし" runs 81 seconds and lands inside that window; "ひらいた朝刊" is 131 seconds and "信号待ち" 103. Use "タイプライター 2" as text appears, "注目ピコン 03" where you want the eye to go, and "グラフ出現 05" on a chart.

インフォグラフィック
Three of nine. Nothing is filmed: diagrams and figures carry the explanation, and every move can take a sound. "はじめの一歩", "光の回路" and "ふたを開けた明るさ" carry the gadget tag. Give the chart "グラフ出現 03", the figures "数字カウント 06", the total "完了・集計 07", and the switch "トグル 05" — one sound per element.

研修・マニュアル
Six of nine. Viewers stop and rewind these, because they are following steps. "正午のしずけさ", "一歩ずつ陽が" and "ページをめくる" carry the focus tag, but all three run two to three minutes, so plan to loop them across a long session. Use "数字カウント 04" on step numbers, "チョーク 2" where something is written down, and "完了・集計 02" when a stage is done.

Matching how it gets seen
The same cut sounds different on a screen at a venue and on a phone. Choose for a place where the volume will be turned down, and for a running time measured in seconds.

イベント・展示会
Five of nine. A trade-show booth or a seminar room is a place where the video is expected to play quiet or silent. "幕が上がる" opens the session, "ひやかし散歩" carries the corporate tag and suits a booth loop with people passing by, and "七時の斜光" fills the wait before someone takes the stage. Use "まばらな拍手 03" for the room's reaction and "メール着信 05" at the reception desk.

SNS・ショート動画
Three of nine. Vertical, a few dozen seconds, and often watched with the sound off — which shifts the load onto captions and effects. "朝いちのコーヒー" is 65 seconds, "よーいドン" 22, and "出発の合図" 27: each fits a whole post without trimming. Use "シュッ(スワイプ) 1" and "スライド転換 09" on cuts, "ズームイン 02" on a push-in.

Sound is hard in corporate video because it tells the viewer what kind of company this is before the footage gets a chance to. Deciding by format first is simply faster than auditioning tracks in the abstract.
Everything above can be previewed before you download it. In the sound effects catalogue, the business tag collects the ones named in this article in one place.
FAQ
- Do we need to credit anything if we use this in a company profile video?
No. The audio listed here can be used commercially with no credit required. Save the tracks marked as downloadable and use them. The only things not allowed are reselling or redistributing the audio on its own, and using it to train AI.
- Can we loop it on a trade-show screen all day?
Yes. We set no limit on how many times or for how long you play it. Most of the music runs two to four minutes, so loop it in your editor if the screen has to run longer than that.
- How far down should the music sit under narration?
There is no set figure. YouTube offers Stable Volume, which evens out the level on the viewer's side, and Voice Boost, which brings speech forward — but both depend on the viewer's own settings. Check on your own setup, before you export, that the voice is still clear.
- What if we only want the sound effects?
Filter the sound effects catalogue by the business tag. The chart reveals, number counters, slide transitions and completion sounds named in this article are all there.
